Working with Downloaded Reports & Integration Tips

  • Excel File Architecture: ADA Co-Op statements deliver itemized line-item details split across specialized tabs, including Digital Sales, Physical Sales, and Adjustments/Expenses.
  • 3rd-Party Software Import Warning (e.g., Reprtoir / Royalty Software): ADA Co-Op Excel files include hardcoded total and summary calculation rows at the bottom of the “Digital Sales” tab. If importing ADA statement files into third-party catalog or royalty-splitting software, you must delete these bottom summary rows first; otherwise, the software may treat summary totals as duplicate sales items or fail validation.
  • Account Login Support: If you encounter single sign-on issues following the Warner Music Partner migration, reach out directly to your assigned ADA local portal administrator or contact ADA Worldwide support.
