Troubleshooting & Pro-Tips
- Private Infrastructure Access: Because MNRK operates a restricted portal, user permissions and multi-account access tiers are managed by dedicated account managers. If your dashboard does not show the Royalties tab, contact your designated MNRK Relationship Manager to enable financial permissions.
- Physical & Digital Consolidation: MNRK statement files combine physical vinyl/CD distribution sales alongside digital DSP streams. When importing CSV files into third-party royalty engines, filter by format code to isolate physical physical returns/adjustments from master audio streams.
