Troubleshooting & Pro-Tips
- Splits & Collaborator Views: If you are an invited collaborator or shareholder, your exported reports will display net revenues after automated split percentages have been applied based on your account’s ownership rules.
- Audio vs. Video Discrepancies: Vydia processes video monetization (e.g., YouTube Content ID and Vevo) on distinct schedules relative to standard audio DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music). Use the Video Analytics filter under Insights to audit video asset performance separately from audio streams.
- Filter Resets: When downloading multi-artist reports on a Label account, clear all active artist filters before requesting a global CSV export to ensure no catalog items are inadvertently excluded.
