Music Distribution

Red Octave provides music and video distribution services. The music distribution services include two options: Distro Plus and Distro Select. Distro Plus. Our services are not available to the general public, and all applications are subject to review before an account is approved.

Distro Plus

Clients looking for a distribution partner will find Distro Plus the best option. This percentage-based deal includes client support, label marketing services at great rates, playlist pitching options, royalty splits with contributors, and options for advances and marketing budgets. Distro Select

Up-and-coming artists looking to start their journey will find Distro Select very useful. This option is similar to Tunecore, Distrokid, UnitedMasters, and similar D.I.Y. distribution platforms. This fee-based deal allows you to retain 100% of your DSP royalties. You’re in control of your masters, yet you’ll have access to our label marketing services and tech support. Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to apply.
Your account must be approved before you can use our platform.
You must have a sales history or have released music consistently in the last 1-3 years.

Additional Services

In addition to music distribution, Red Octave provides a few specialty services. These services include pub-admin to collect your publishing royalties, neighboring rights to collect your royalties worldwide, Content ID to ensure you receive royalties on all content featuring your music on YouTube and similar platforms, sync representation to submit your music to possible sync placements, and video distribution allowing you to submit your music videos to Apple Music, VEVO, MTV Jams, Music Choice and Revolt.
